Residential planning that holds up under change

Describe the house.
Get a plan that holds up.

Give Your Builder a plot and a list of rooms, and it builds one connected model of the house — walls, plumbing, wiring, quantities and cost — that stays consistent every time you change your mind.

Your Builder produces preliminary planning and design output. It does not issue construction approval and does not replace a licensed architect or engineer where one is required.

Structured geometry

Every wall and opening is a real object, never a picture of one.

One model, everywhere

Move a wall and plumbing, wiring and quantities update with it.

Built for handoff

Exports carry assumptions and open items an engineer can review.

From an empty plot to a plan someone can build from

Six steps, one running model. Nothing here is a separate tool bolted onto a renderer — the geometry engine stays the single source of truth throughout.

  1. 01

    Mark the plot

Draw or import your plot boundary, set road edges, north orientation and setbacks. Your Builder checks what's buildable before a single wall is placed.

  2. 02

    Talk through the brief

Answer a guided interview about rooms, budget and how spaces should relate — or just describe it in your own words and confirm what Your Builder understood.

  3. 03

    Review candidate layouts

Get several geometrically valid layouts to compare in 2D and 3D, each one already respecting your setbacks, areas and circulation.

  4. 04

    Edit in conversation

Ask for a bigger kitchen or a shifted staircase. Edits change the underlying model directly, and Your Builder flags anything that conflicts.

  5. 05

    Open the specialist views

Step into plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structure and cost sidebars — each one reading from the same coordinated model, not a separate guess.

  6. 06

    Export for review

Produce a dimensioned plan set, bill of quantities and a review package built for a licensed architect or engineer to sign off on.

Change one thing, and everything downstream is still correct

Most tools let you draw a pretty house and leave the plumbing, wiring and cost as someone else’s problem. Your Builder keeps every system on one canonical model, so widening a corridor or moving a bathroom updates the pipe run, the circuit, and the quantity takeoff — not just the picture.

The AI proposes changes; a constraint engine underneath decides whether they’re geometrically valid. It never becomes the source of truth for the building itself.

Architecture

Rooms, walls, stairs and structural placeholders as dimensioned objects.

Plumbing

Supply, drainage, vents, fixtures and shafts routed against the same walls.

Electrical

Circuits, switches, lighting and provisions for EV, solar and HVAC.

Quantities & cost

Takeoffs and localized cost ranges that move when the layout does.

Launching in India first

Vastu AI, built on a real construction profile

Units, terminology, construction systems and applicable code guidance follow a versioned regional profile — India’s RCC and masonry conventions first, with a separate profile for the US planned. Rules update as a data pack, not as a rewrite of the product.

Vastu AI scores your layout against Vastu preferences at a strength you choose — off, suggestion, or constraint — and always shows which decisions are cultural preference and which are a genuine building requirement.

A plan a professional can actually review

Every export carries its assumptions, unresolved constraints and where the data came from. Nothing leaves marked as final until a licensed architect, structural engineer or the relevant authority has reviewed it.

  • Scaled 2D plan sets, images and common CAD interchange formats
  • Preliminary bill of quantities and a contractor-ready cost range
  • Review status tracked per discipline — architecture, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC
